Account & Data Deletion

The fastest and most direct way to delete your account is through the ZoraGram Android application:

1. Open the ZoraGram app on your Android smartphone.
2. Navigate to your Profile tab (bottom-right icon).
3. Tap the Settings menu (gear icon).
4. Select Account and tap Delete Account.
5. Read the warning prompt, enter your account password to verify ownership, and confirm deletion.

If you have uninstalled the app or no longer have access to your mobile device, you can submit an official deletion request using the secure form below:

What Data Is Permanently Deleted?

When your account deletion is processed, the following information is permanently erased from our systems:

• Profile Information: Name, username, bio, avatar photographs, and contact information.
• Content & Uploads: All photos, posts, short reels, and uploaded media files.
• Interactions: Your comments, likes, reactions, and saved items.
• Social Graph: Your list of followers and following connections.
• Direct Messages: Your private chat message records and shared attachments.

Data Retention Timeline

Upon receiving your request, our automated retention system applies a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel your request by logging back into the app. After 7 days, your account is purged from our production database, and associated media files on server storage are permanently erased.
