1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you and ZoraGram governing your access to and use of the ZoraGram Android mobile application (Package Name: com.zoragram.friendship), our website at https://zoragram.in, and associated software, services, and communication features.

By downloading, installing, creating an account, or accessing ZoraGram, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the application and discontinue use of our services.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

• Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use ZoraGram. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration. Accounts using disposable temporary emails or automated mass registration scripts are prohibited.
• Credential Safeguarding: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (passwords, OTP codes). All activities occurring under your account are your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately at support@zoragram.in if you suspect any unauthorized access.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy & Moderation

In strict compliance with the Google Play Developer Policy on User-Generated Content (UGC), ZoraGram enforces robust standards to ensure that our public feeds, reels, and messaging spaces remain safe, respectful, and free from abusive material.

Zero-Tolerance for Objectionable Content: You strictly agree that you will not post, upload, publish, or transmit any content that contains:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE).
• Sexually explicit imagery, pornography, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Hate speech or dehumanizing attacks targeting individuals based on race, religion, caste, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Harassment, cyberbullying, doxxing (publishing private phone numbers or addresses), or stalking.
• Depictions of extreme physical violence, self-harm encouragement, suicide incitement, or animal cruelty.
• Facilitation of illegal activities, sale of narcotics, unlicensed firearms, or financial fraud/scams.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Content

You agree not to engage in any of the following restricted technical or community practices:

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the ZoraGram APK or backend APIs.
• Deploying bots, spiders, crawlers, or automated scripts to scrape media, profile data, or engagement metrics.
• Circumventing platform rate limits, API security tokens, or administrative feature blocks.
• Creating multiple alternate accounts to bypass suspensions or artificially inflate likes and follower counts.
• Using ZoraGram for unsolicited spam, bulk commercial advertisements, or phishing links.

6. Content Ownership & Platform License

Your Ownership

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the original photos, reels, and text you publish on ZoraGram ("User Content").

License Granted to ZoraGram

By submitting or publishing User Content on ZoraGram, you grant ZoraGram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to host, store, cache, display, adapt, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the platform. This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except where content was shared by others or retained for statutory legal compliance.

7. In-App Purchases, Virtual Items & Google Play Billing

In compliance with Google Play In-App Billing Policy:

• Google Play Billing Exclusive: All purchases of digital goods, creator support tokens, virtual gifts, profile badges, or premium subscriptions within the Android app must be conducted exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing.
• Virtual Items Nature: Virtual coins, tokens, and gifts are digital consumables designed for in-app entertainment and creator appreciation. They possess no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency outside our official creator program, and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by you through the Google Play Store app (Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions) at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
• Refunds: Refund requests are processed in accordance with Google Play's standard refund policies as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Account Termination & Data Deletion

Termination by ZoraGram: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

Termination by You (Data Deletion): You may terminate your account at any time:

• Directly in the Android app via Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• Via our official web-based deletion portal at https://zoragram.in/delete-account.php.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZoraGram is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful code or bugs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZoraGram, its developers, operators, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the service, or any content posted by third parties on the platform.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
