1. Absolute Zero-Tolerance Standard
ZoraGram maintains an absolute, non-negotiable zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), and any form of endangerment directed at minors.
We recognize our profound moral and legal responsibility to ensure that our platform is never exploited to harm children. There are no exceptions, contexts, or artistic defenses permitted for content in this category.
2. Detection & Immediate Prevention
Our platform implements layered safeguards to prevent and eliminate child sexual abuse material:
- Immediate, automated blocking of files matching known hash databases of abusive media.
- Dedicated high-priority review queues that trigger immediate human evaluation for any report flagged under child endangerment.
- Immediate account termination and device banning upon detection of CSAE/CSAM material.
3. Grooming & Predatory Conduct
We prohibit predatory behavior in all public feeds, comments, and private direct chat messages:
- Adults attempting to initiate inappropriate relationships or solicit sexual media from minors.
- Sharing sexualized imagery or inappropriate text directed toward a minor.
- Facilitating or promoting child trafficking or child exploitation networks.
4. Minimum Age & Minor Accounts
ZoraGram is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age (or older where specified by local law). Accounts discovered to be created or operated by children under 13 are immediately deleted in accordance with our Age Eligibility Policy.
5. Law Enforcement Reporting & Escalation
In compliance with international standards and Indian legal requirements under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and Information Technology Rules:
- All confirmed instances of CSAM/CSAE are promptly reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and transmitted to the Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) in India.
- Preservation of forensic log records is immediately initiated to assist law enforcement agencies in prosecution.
Emergency Reporting: If you observe content or behavior that indicates a child is in immediate physical danger, contact local law enforcement or the National Cyber Crime Portal immediately. You can also alert our emergency safety team directly at support@zoragram.in.
