Age Eligibility & Minor Safety Policy

1. Minimum Age Requirement (13+)

ZoraGram is designed and intended exclusively for individuals aged 13 years and older.

Children under the age of 13 (or the applicable legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in certain European Union member states or under the DPDP Act in India where verifiable parental consent is mandated) are not permitted to register an account, publish posts, stream reels, send direct messages, or use ZoraGram services.

Creating an account with a falsified date of birth is a direct violation of our Terms and Conditions and will lead to immediate account termination.

2. Parental Oversight & Teen Users

For users between 13 and the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (typically 18):

• We require that parents or legal guardians review our Terms and Safety Guidelines together with their teenager.
• We strongly advise parents to discuss online privacy, the permanence of public posts, direct messaging etiquette, and responsible screen time.
• Teenagers should immediately inform a parent, teacher, or trusted adult if they encounter threatening, predatory, or uncomfortable behavior.

3. Special Safeguards for Teen Accounts

ZoraGram implements safety-by-design protections for adolescent users:

• No Predatory Targeting: We do not serve age-inappropriate advertisements, alcohol promotions, tobacco/vaping ads, or gambling sponsorships to minor users.
• Direct Message Controls: Users can configure message privacy settings to allow direct messages only from followers they have approved.
• Instant Blocking: Any user can instantly block and report accounts attempting unsolicited adult communications.

4. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation

ZoraGram maintains an absolute, non-negotiable zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), grooming, predatory harassment, or endangerment of minors.

Any account found attempting to share, solicit, or facilitate child exploitation is permanently banned, and all account data, IP logs, and evidence are reported immediately to national authorities, including the Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) in India and international law enforcement bodies. 5. Reporting an Underage Account

If you are a parent, legal guardian, educator, or concerned community member and believe an account belongs to a child under the age of 13:

1. Use our in-app reporting button on the child's profile (select "Underage User").
2. Or submit an urgent request through our Report a Problem form.
3. Or email support@zoragram.in with the subject "Urgent: Underage Account Report", specifying the exact @username of the account.

6. Deletion of Underage Data

Upon receiving a credible report or discovering that an account belongs to a child under 13:

• The account is suspended immediately without prior notice.
• All profile information, published photos, reels, and comments are permanently removed from our active production database.
• Parents may request confirmation of account termination and data erasure by contacting our compliance desk.
