1. Zero-Tolerance Categories
The following categories are strictly prohibited on ZoraGram. Any account publishing or transmitting such material will be permanently banned without prior warning and referred to legal authorities:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any imagery, video, audio, or text depicting or facilitating the sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.
- Terrorism & Violent Extremism: Content promoting, recruiting for, or glorifying designated terrorist organizations or violent extremist movements.
- Non-Consensual Sexual Content: Sharing intimate photographs or videos without explicit consent (including "revenge porn" and deepfake pornography).
2. Violent & Graphic Material
ZoraGram feeds and reels must remain safe and accessible:
- Graphic Bodily Harm: Real-world violence, physical torture, self-harm encouragement, suicide tutorials, or extreme gore.
- Animal Cruelty: Depictions of intentional animal torture, fighting, or neglect.
- Threats of Physical Violence: Stating intent to physically harm, murder, kidnap, or damage property belonging to any individual or group.
3. Hate Speech & Severe Harassment
Content that dehumanizes, attacks, or incites hatred against protected classes is barred:
- Promoting violence or dehumanizing slurs against individuals based on protected attributes (caste, race, religion, gender, disability).
- Coordinated mobbing, digital stalking, mass harassment campaigns, or releasing personal private records (doxxing).
4. Deceptive Practices & Frauds
- Phishing & Credentials Theft: Links designed to compromise user accounts or steal credit card credentials.
- Financial Scams: Multi-level marketing scams, fraudulent crypto-doubling schemes, and advance-fee fraud.
- Malware Distribution: Distributing malicious APK downloads or spyware links.
5. Regulated & Illegal Commodities
ZoraGram may not be used to advertise, facilitate, or sell:
- Unlicensed firearms, ammunition, explosive materials, or combat weaponry.
- Illicit narcotics, prescription medication without medical licensure, or illegal drug paraphernalia.
- Stolen goods, counterfeit identification documents, or credit cards.
6. Penalties & Legal Escalation
ZoraGram enforces immediate removal of prohibited content. Serious infractions involving severe physical harm or child safety are escalated directly to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) / Cyber Crime Portal in India, NCMEC, or international law enforcement agencies.
