1. Right to Appeal
ZoraGram is committed to procedural fairness. If you believe your post, reel, comment, or user account was removed, restricted, or suspended as a result of misinterpretation, context misunderstanding, or false reporting, you have the right to request a second-tier administrative review.
2. Submit Appeal Form
Complete the form below to submit an appeal. Please provide the exact username associated with the account and a thorough explanation of why the action was taken in error.
3. How Appeals Are Evaluated
To ensure complete objectivity, appeals are reviewed by senior moderation supervisors who were not involved in the original decision. The reviewer examines:
- The original media or message that triggered the action.
- The context and full caption/text accompanying the upload.
- The explanation provided in your appeal submission.
- Your account's prior compliance record on ZoraGram.
4. Response Timelines
Appeals are evaluated within 3 to 5 business days. Once a determination is reached:
- Appeal Upheld: The content is restored to public view, strikes are expunged, or full account privileges are reinstated immediately.
- Appeal Denied: You will receive a written explanation confirming that the original sanction remains in effect.
