1. Program Overview & Status
ZoraGram celebrates creative expression. Our creator framework is designed to help passionate videographers, artists, educators, and social storytellers build an audience, establish recognized personal brands, and explore commercial opportunities.
2. Creator Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for current creator beta programs, partner invitations, and future revenue-sharing tiers, creators must meet the following baseline requirements:
- Account Age: Account must be registered and actively posting for at least 60 consecutive days.
- Community Standing: No active strikes or recent suspensions for violations of our Community Guidelines.
- Authentic Identity: Creator profile must feature a verified email address, a complete public bio, and genuine followers (bot accounts and artificial follower loops are disqualifying).
- Age Requirements: Creators must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) to enter into binding financial agreements and receive revenue distributions.
3. Content Monetization Standards
Only high-quality, authentic user-generated content is eligible for creator incentives and recommendation boosts:
- Originality: Content must be recorded, edited, or produced by the creator. Re-uploading compilations from external platforms with third-party watermarks or logos is ineligible.
- No Intellectual Property Infringement: Any background music must be used within platform audio libraries or under verified commercial licenses.
- No Engagement Bait: Posts or reels begging for likes, promising fake money giveaways, or orchestrating manipulative engagement loops will be disqualified from monetization.
4. Direct Brand Deals & Sponsorships
Creators are encouraged to negotiate direct sponsorships with reputable brands:
- All sponsored reels and posts must carry clear disclosure tags (such as
#Sponsored,#Ad, or#PaidPartnership) in accordance with our Advertising Policy. - Creators remain solely responsible for the legal validity of commercial contracts entered into with third-party brands.
5. Tax, KYC & Payout Protocols
For any direct platform distributions or incentive awards:
- Identity & Tax Verification (KYC): Participating creators must complete statutory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and provide valid tax documentation (such as PAN in India, or W-8/W-9 for international creators).
- Withholding Taxes: Applicable statutory tax deductions at source (TDS / withholding tax) will be deducted from payouts where mandated by domestic revenue authorities.
- Payment Rails: Payouts are remitted via certified banking channels, UPI, or designated payment service providers. Cash payments or unregistered transfers are never issued.
6. Loss of Monetization Status
ZoraGram reserves the right to suspend or revoke monetization privileges if a creator:
- Receives substantiated DMCA/copyright takedown notices.
- Engages in fraudulent traffic inflation, click farms, or deceptive metrics.
- Violates platform trust through impersonation, harassment, or financial scams.
