1. Installation & Android Device Compatibility

ZoraGram is published on Google Play for Android devices running Android 7.0 (Nougat, API 24) or higher.

Troubleshooting Common Download Issues:

  • Clear Play Store Cache: If the download is pending, open your phone's Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Cache.
  • Sufficient Free Space: Ensure your phone has at least 150 MB of available internal storage.
  • Official Source: Always install via the official store link: ZoraGram on Google Play.

2. Managing Profiles & Multi-Account Switching

ZoraGram allows you to link multiple accounts and toggle between them without signing out:

  • Adding an Account: Go to your Profile screen, tap your username or the profile options dropdown, and select "Add Account".
  • Switching Accounts: Long-press your profile icon in the bottom navigation bar or select the profile from the account switcher drawer.
  • Password Recovery: Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen to receive a verification code via registered email or SMS.

3. Blue Badge Verification Assistance

The Blue Badge indicates that an account is the authentic presence of a notable creator, celebrity, or organization.

  • How to Apply: Inside the app, open Settings > Account > Request Verification. Complete the form and upload valid proof of identity.
  • Review Duration: Verification applications are typically evaluated within 5 to 7 business days.
  • No Fee Required: ZoraGram does not charge any fee for verification. Beware of third parties offering to sell badges.
